Thursday, the Ask The Messengers team attended an amazing event that took place on the beautiful grounds of Greater Grace Temple in Detroit, MI. It was a partnership between Wayne County Sheriff Raphael Washington, the Wayne County Sheriff’s Office, Detroit Police, Dearborn Police, Livonia Police and Dearborn Heights Police departments. The event was a Mock Traffic Stop Simulation that involved interactions between teens, young adults and several Wayne County police officers. Working to improve civilian and police interactions during traffic stops was the key focus of the presentation.
