Dr. Khalilah Camacho-Ali: Activist, Actress and Author

Dr. Khalilah Camacho Ali (born in 1950) is an Actor, Martial artist, Author, Motivational Speaker, Aviator and Film Producer, also known for being the former wife of boxer Muhammad Ali. She studied karate, and earned a ninth degree Dan. Khalilah studied under Jim Kelly, Steve Saunders, Bruce Lee, George Dillman and James W.DeMile. She is a graduate from the Muhammad University of Islam #2. She went to capital hill and successfully took the name “Muslim” off of the travel band in 2017. She is an author that writes award winning children books to teach etiquette and manners(The book is called Color to Learn series). She is also a motivational speaker, making appearances at Churches, Mosque(Masjid), Temples, Colleges and Universities.
​She appeared on the cover of Ebony Magazine seven times. She appeared in the Jane Fonda film The China Syndrome.

Khalilah remarried in the 1980s and divorced twice more. She married Rene Gonzalas Camacho and had 2 children, Aminah Rene Camacho Ali and Khalilah Camacho Ali II. Aminah has one son, Amir Camacho Prince. A true woman of the 21st century Khalilah is mostly known as the wife of Muhammad Ali, the former heavyweight boxing champion of the world. Khalilah was the wife who guided and gave Muhammad Ali great mental and spiritual support through his good and hard times with his exile from boxing. This is when she began her career.
While traveling the world with her husband Muhammad , she visited over 100 countries. Khalilah has met over 50 head of state. Among them the late King Faisal, King Fahad an Islamic scholar, Sheikh Muhammad Ali of Saudi Arabia; Anwwar Sadat of Egypt; Mobutu SeSe Seko of Zaire; Queen Elizabeth of England; Jean Claude Duvalier of Haiti; Michael Manley of Kingston, Jamaica and Muhammad Zia Al-Haq of Pakistan and many more. In the United States , she has met and worked with top celebrities in the music and film industry. She is also a member of the Screen Actors Guild, Equity and AFTRA agencies. She has worked with Jane Fonda, Michael Douglas, Miles Davis and other luminaries of stage, screen and culture. Through her many appearances on stage and television. Khalilah has been very influential with teaching and sharing her knowledge on old fashion family values and good manners.
Khalilah’s mission is the crucial need for family, life and religious/spiritual obligations in today’s society. She has presented at schools, colleges, universities, prisons and corporations around the world. Her simple wish is to remind people to be kind to one another and to become the best we can be. Khalilah is a mother of 6 and recently developed a coloring book for kids that teaches manners and etiquette. The coloring book “Old Fashion Values and Godd Manners” and is part of a 10 volume series. The book expresses and reminds us of the need and role that we play with good manners and family values in developing a well-balanced individual and caring society.It’s all for humanity.
